My favorite time to use this is fresh out of the bath or shower when my skin is supple and ready to absorb the skin feeding goodies in this recipe. It can be used all over your body or just hands, elbows and feet or other especially dry areas. You probably won't need to apply lotion to your body throughout the rest of day; but, your hands may crave this deep moisturizer after you wash your hands, so keep a spare in your purse or desk.

***Shea Butter: Rich in vitamins A, D, and F and great for damaged, dry skin. Helps to moisturize and rejuvenate skin.
